Classes have now commenced at the Institute with a variety karate classes for a variety of ages:

Little Dragons (4-7 years)
Kids Karate (8-12 years)
Family Training (for family groups, all ages)
Teens & Adults Karate

In addition to our martial arts classes being broken up into ages we also offer a variety of class types:

General training
Self defence specific
Kumite (sparring)
